Pay It and Shut the Hell Up!
My vehicles license tags expire today. I woke up early and headed to our BMV. Fortunately, I know the proprietor of one of the bureaus and was able to get in before anyone else arrived. No long lines! As I wrote out my check for $158.57, I thought “What a scam”, the fee for these tags go up every year and for what reason? But, what are you going to do? Pay it and shut up!
January Has been Bizarre
I have to say that this has been one of the most bizarre months on record. I have had to deal with some of the most unusual people, witness some of the most curious events, and handle some of the most difficult problems, in my entire 46 years. And to think; there’s one day left.

Federer Wins #10

Federer wins number 10. Although I wouldn’t deem myself to be a huge tennis fan, I did watch some of the Australian Open on Sunday. I was impressed by both players. They were talented and athletic.
Is It Time To Get Up?
I have been in bed most of the day. Michelle and I have been fighting off colds for the past 3 or 4 days. She seems to be a day ahead of me in the recovery department. It is nearly 3:00 p.m. Eastern time; and I am just begining to stir. Yesterday my laptop got sick as well. I am unable to diagnosis its ailment, so I will call the computer doctor on Monday. Although it is the computer I use most often, it isn’t our only source to the outside world.

Home Sick!

I was supposed to be in Indiana right now. But I am home sick instead! Both Michelle and I, are sick. She is still in bed, and I have been working from home. Today is Ethan’s Birthday and he is visiting the University of Toledo. We celebrated his birthday last evening with dinner at Olive Garden (his favorite). I will post a couple pictures later.

Ford posts worst loss in it’s history. A fourth quarter loss of 5.8 billion dollars!
