In a matter of moments my month is over! April Sucked! I made no money, Okay I didn’t make, “No Money”. Just not as much as I wanted. I plan to ride a little this evening have dinner on the patio, and wash the month away with a couple of beers! Tomorrow is a new month!
I was busy with life today. So this evening I sat down to see what was transpiring in the Blogging World. It was nice to travel across the country in a matter of moments and check in on some of the people I have come to enjoy! You know who you are! Good Night!
Lord, I sometimes wander away from you. But this is not because I am deliberately turning my back on you. It is because of the inconstancy of my mind. The other night I was watching the movie “Stepmom” and Julia Roberts sang “If I Needed You”. I downloaded the original version of that song by Emmy Lou Harris and Don Williams and have been listening to it ever since. I love the tone of their voices, They were amazing together!
This has been one of the worst months I have experienced since I have been in the automobile biz, some 43 years. I am closing up shop and going to play golf! See you tonight!
In my short life (23 years)I have had a few painful experiences. Fish hook in my finger… Okay, that’s about it. My point; Is there anything more painful than sitting through a High School Wrestling tournament or Invitational Track meet? I love my kids and desire to support them in their varied efforts, but I may have to draw the line here. Does this mean I am an “Evil Parent?”
This afternoon I had a dialogue about the perfect job. Although I know there is no such animal, here’s a few things we came up with…
