I plan to make the trip in 2009 or (more likely) 2010. I want to spend two weeks riding to CA, taking my sweet time and enjoying the locations, then ship the bikes back to Ohio. I have been told that it is a boring ride; too many traffic lights and too much city driving. But, I love to ride and I am going to do it. Let me know if you want in on the planning and someone to ride with. I only have one guy so far who wants to do it. I would also like to ride the Pacific Coast Highway someday.
